Fine arts and craft classes will begin the week of Monday, September 21, 2009
at the Waterfront Trail Artists Community Art Centre, located at 2979 Lake Shore
Blvd.W. The line up will have something for everyone from 5 to 85.
Back by popular demand is the First Creations after school
program on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for children aged
5 to 7. With Ruzya Karpinec and others.
New this year is the After 4 Club, an after school fine art
and craft program; Sculpture, Crafts, Clay - running Tuesdays, Thursdays, and
Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for children aged 8 to 13. With Ruzya Karpinec,
Pat Lewis, and Linda Utting.
Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. join the Fine Arts class;
drawing, painting and sculpture, for children aged 7 to 13. With Wendy Lilly.
New for Saturday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is a Beginner
Animé class for children aged 7 to 13. With Ruzya Karpinec.
New for Sunday mornings from noon to 2:00 p.m. is a Comics class
for children aged 7 to 13. With Leo Qian.
New for Sunday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. is a Claymation
class for children aged 7 to 13. With Ruzya Karpinec.
Youth/Adults/Seniors 18 and older will enjoy;
Beginner and intermediate Watercolour classes Mondays from
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. With Tim Hough.
Beginner and intermediate Stained Glass classes Wednesdays
from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. With Wendy Lilly.
A Beginner Animé class for adults Wednesdays from 7:00
p.m. - 9:00 p.m.With Ruzya Karpinec.
Expressive Arts on Wednesdays from noon to 3:00 p.m. With Daria
Sukman.
Tuesday night Life Drawing open sessions from 7:30 p.m. to
10:00 p.m. With Walt Ruston.
