| The Lakeshore Villages is a publication of the four Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) in the Lakshore. It is published four times a year and is distributed to every home, apartment and condominium in the area bound by Queensway to the north, Etobicoke Creek to the west and Humber River to the east. The goal of The Lakeshore Villages is to promote the almost 400 stores and services in the four BIA areas to the more than 100,000 people who live here, encouraging all the people who live and work here to shop here too.
